I ordered the Rose Garden Heart for a good friend's funeral and wasn't certain how large it would be, but in seeing it at the funeral, it was breathtaking. Not only was it a good size, the flowers and colors were perfect, plus it received so many comments from others in attendance. It was a bit pricey but well worth the money. I would recommend this choice to anyone who wants to express their admiration and fondness for a friend or relative.

It was definitely as beautiful as shown on the website. My only complaint is the size. I thought it would be bigger. Beautiful arrangement but not worth the price. The other standing displays (which I brought one for the same occasion) are just as beautiful, for a fraction of the cost.

When I tried to order flowers online it would not accept all the names. I called customer service & a wonderful woman explained how to rectify the problem. I ordered online & then called backed to CS as instructed & spoke to a very patient man. After explaining my needs he started to take all 11 names & then spelled back each one.
Flowers arrived as promised with each name on the card, spelled correctly. The flowers were beautiful & customer service outstanding. Thank you.

I received a call that the heart form that I ordered, for a very specific reason, was not in stock and asked if a spray was OK. I said yes on the spray because it was better than nothing but it should not be advertised if it can’t be made.

I received several comments saying how beautiful this wreath was. However, wording on the ribbon was incorrect. Because the phrase was in the Hawaiian language (the decedent was a Hawaiian woman) and only involved spacing between words, only Hawaiian language speakers were aware. The Sympathy Stare was made aware, apologized and credited the cost of the ribbon ($25) back to my method of purchase. Thank you. I WOULD use this service again if needed.

Paid about $200 for a super small heart that doesn’t reflect the flower count or how large as it looks in the picture. They trick you because they don’t put the dimensions of the arrangements. Avoid ordering from this company at all costs if you want sad & embarrassing flowers to honor your Grandmom at her funeral. 4 other displays were half dead and ordered from same company. Our family spent $1000s of dollars from this terrible company. Disgraceful & shameful!! Robbing from people who are mourning a loss.
