Flowers looked just like picture (I have order flowers from others and when they came they did not look like the pictures. We were very please and them and the company for their sensitivity and care.

I recently had an experience with a different online vendor that failed to deliver flowers in time for a funeral, so I was hesitant to use an online service again for the wake of a dear family friend. I placed the order online, and immediately received confirmation that it was received. The morning of the wake, I called to confirm delivery. My call was answered by a human, within 3 rings, who went out of her way to confirm that the arrangement had indeed been delivered, the time of delivery, and more. She was pleasant, empathetic when I told her I was nervous because of my prior experience with a different company. She did not brush me off with a simple "well I see we sent over the order." She actually made phone calls and confirmed everything was delivered as odered. I was so impressed! And the arrangement was stunning, too. Will definitely use again.

The flowers where exactly the size I excepted. I was a little disappointed 😔 to see the flowers color scheme was very different than pictured. I loved the image with pastel pinks but instead they sent orange colors. For $200 I excepted the same image in colors and size!!
